Responsible Play

Paid lobbies put real value at stake. Treat entry fees as money you can afford to lose.

Know what you are staking

Every paid lobby locks your entry fee the moment you join. Winners take the prize pool; everyone else loses their entry. Skill matters, but no result is guaranteed.

Set your own limits

  • Decide a weekly budget before you buy tokens, not after a loss.
  • Use free lobbies to practise a new game before paying to enter one.
  • Check your ledger regularly — it shows every purchase, entry fee, prize and withdrawal.
  • Withdraw winnings instead of rolling all of them into the next lobby.

Warning signs

Chasing losses, playing longer or for higher stakes than planned, hiding play from people close to you, borrowing money to buy tokens, or feeling anxious when you are not playing. Any of these is a reason to stop and take a break.

Controls on your account

You can turn off tournament and payout emails, and request account closure at any time from your settings once no tokens are locked in active lobbies. Closure requests are reviewed by our compliance team.

Getting help

If play stops feeling like a game, seek independent support in your country — organisations such as GamCare (UK), the National Council on Problem Gambling (US) and Gambling Help Online (AU) offer free, confidential help. You can also reach us at andrew@leanengineering.io.
