What we collect

• Account details: email address, player tag and avatar.
• Verification details: legal name, date of birth, country and region, and the decision made.
• Play records: lobbies created and joined, results, and ranking statistics.
• Money records: token purchases, entry fees, prizes, withdrawals and destination account references.
• Communication preferences and the alerts we have sent you.

Why we use it

To run your account and tournaments, to confirm eligibility and regional rules before paid play, to process purchases, prizes and withdrawals, to detect cheating and abuse, and to send the alerts you have asked for.

Who can see it

Your player tag, avatar and public results appear on player pages and rankings. Verification and money records are visible only to you and to our compliance operators, whose actions are recorded in an internal audit log. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Account and play records are kept while your account is open. Verification decisions and financial records are kept after closure for as long as compliance and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, change your email address and password, switch email alerts off, and request account closure from your settings. To ask for a copy of your data or a correction, contact us at andrew@leanengineering.io.

Security

Access to your records is restricted per account at the database level, balances only change through server-side checks, and passwords are checked against known breach lists when you set them.
